I bought these on November 14th 2017. I bought 3 pair. Gray, hickory, and olive. I have worn either my olive or hickory everyday. My gray were my favorite so I hadn’t worn them as much. It’s raining today and I wondered why my foot felt wet. When I took my boot off there is a huge gaping hole in the sole. Mind you I’ve worn them a total of maaaaybe ten times. Other two are fine. Just checked them both. Only the gray pair. Totally ridiculous for the money you pay. And of course my return window closed on January 21st. I included a photo. *****update***** I contacted Bearpaw and filled out a warranty claim. I will NEVER own anything but Bearpaw from now on. They have, hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t have my size in the gray Emma boot so they contacted me and told me too pick a pair that were similar and the cost was round about the same price. They’re amazing.
