Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Based on the excellent reviews I had high hopes I found a decent umbrella. After only the second use the umbrella won't stay open. There is a white cord inside the mechanism that apparently came loose. Sending it back today for a refund. Maybe I just got a lemon but very annoying I only got two uses out of it. I'm willing to pay more for high quality products that work well and will last but they are about as easy to find as spotting a unicorn. On to the next substandard product I guess.
