Followed the instructions and put this in the dryer before usage. It turned into lumpy cotton balls! You can feel each lump through the lining of the pillow. I was SO excited for this and now I’ll be sending it back. I’ve been hearing about how great these pillows are for a few years and now I think it’s all nonsense. I won’t be recommending them to anyone. I planned on ordering two more (for me parents) and that quickly changed.
