I bought this for my wife appx 1 month ago. First problem was the squeeze bottle it came with, for putting chain lube in it, was ridiculously hard to squeeze. So, I went and bought one from the local hobby store. Problem solved. Then I put the battery in and it one stay clicked in. Anytime I move it, the battery backs out just enough for it to shut off. Frustrating, but I can deal with that, just makes pruning take longer...which defeats the goal of buying one of these. Finally, today while cutting some small limbs, the chain jumped track. I took it apart and found that the Chain was wedged well inside the nose of the bar. Argh!!!! This shouldn't be this hard!!! I am also having trouble easily finding replacement parts. Did I just buy a lemon? Has anyone else had this much trouble after a mere month of light duty work?
