How can someone change their review from 5 to 1? EASY when it breaks and no phone calls, or emails are responded to. The knob broke and I can't change tracks now. $110 dollars and no one response from anyone. Great product still till you need to get a hold of someone for warranty support. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Controls are a little funky to use it first. However, this packs a huge punch in terms of sound! I've gotten comments of people saying that they didn't think it was my speaker that was making all that noise. Battery life is not what you would normally expect however. Still well worth the hundred dollar price tag.
