Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First off, I'm a heavy user. Egg white omelette every morning. When my old Teflon pans wore out (after two years) I looked for a "healthier" option in a ceramic non-stick. So I ordered these based on the reviews. Product arrived on Tuesday Jan 22. Cleaned (warm water, dish soap, soft sponge), dried, and seasoned (exactly per manufacturer's instructions)on afternoon of Jan 22. First use was on morning of Jan 23. Cooked an egg white and asparagus omelette with about a tbsp of olive oil. Pan worked great. Next day, performance not so great. Day after that performance was terrible. Next day I added a bit more oil, performance improved (kinda defeats the purpose of non-stick eh?) All cooking done with soft silicone spatula. Day after that I went to Costco and for $19 got three non-stick skillets the same as the ones I had before, which lasted two years. Ceramic is definitely more "environmentally friendly", but in reality, how much more friendly is it when it has to be replaced every two weeks?
