Maximum Resolution (blurry) is NOT the same thing as Native Resolution (clear).
On Mac OS, you will find the highest resolution is 1080p (1920x1080) which is this display's native resolution. That is a very large pixel size on 32". You can force the OS to display QHD, but it is not native, and text is blurry. This monitor is not suitable for working at a desk, but probably fine for gaming.
Amazon should provide native resolution specs on all the Dell listings, not just maximum.
