Don't waste your money. I purchased these because I did NOT want to put screw holes into my new kitchen cabinets. I prepped the inside of the cabinet doors by cleaning thoroughly with alcohol per the instructions. Note that I did not rely on the little prep pad, but used rubbing alcohol (90%) and clean paper towels. I then let that dry for several hours and mounted three racks, pressing very firmly on each. I then left them alone for 2 days. Then I added spice canisters. (Note that these don't do well with straight cylinders; they want the little "necks" as on McCormick spices, of which I had a few. You cannot place two plain cylinders next to each other.) By the next morning, 2 of the 3 strips had crashed, but luckily stayed inside my cabinet. The third one fell later that day. SO...I used the tiny screws to attach them, and they stayed up... but the spice canisters do not. They slide right out over time (a few days),, even the ones with the necks. The plastic just cannot hold them. You (or I) need the metal ones that have a tighter grip. On the other hand, they might be too tight. Anyway - BIG WASTE OF MONEY
