While initially this dvr was pretty good, the major complaint I have is with Avazana , the company that markets these, I had purchased 2 initially, then 2 more as gifts, I was happy I did. On my first unit I had a problem with the suction cup that holds it to the windshield & the cup & holder separated, it wasn’t fixable so I reached out to Avazana, I was told in rude terms they don’t sell parts, just the complete units. I stated all I had purchased & they said they’ve never had a customer buy 4 of their units. Again it was 2 & 2 ... a bit of time apart. A little suction cup should have been something they should have been very happy to send me, basically I’m told go scratch!!! Never again will I buy from Avazana!!! Never!!
