Stopped worked after a couple of months on his own. No falls or damage to justify. One eye doesnt seem to work anymore and outside of the intro when you turn him on, he no longer speaks, all you hear is static. Reached out to the company for support, other than telling me to replace the batteries they told me there is no warranty and told me they couldn't help any further. Don't waste your money. I had a Teddy Ruxpin as a child, it was my favorite toy and thought it would be great to have the same experience for my daughter. Will never buy another toy from this company as they won't stand by their product or buggy software. Unacceptable customer service.
