So I purchased this laser on sale (not from Amazon, a different retailer). For the first eight weeks it really worked well, I was pleased and thought I was seeing results on level 3. I should mention I work as a Plastic Surgeon, and I would have been happy to offer this to patients. However tonight I had the same experience countless others have had: it stopped working. All of a sudden I couldn't feel the tel-tale pin prick sensation, and when I removed the laser it continued to run but it wasn't actjally firing. And now it won't turn off and just continues to run. I'm just thankful I'm within the 90 day return period offered. I already printed the return label. Although it seems to have some effect I won't be purchasing another. The company knows their product is defective yet continues to sell it and hope maybe people won't bother to return them?
