WARNING . . . I bought their desktop system October 15, 2015 and the system WAS great, scanned in about three years of receipts and shredded the originals. Just yesterday it was working but today the software stopped working with their latest update which requires you login but won't let me login. NEAT has stopped selling the software I bought (no longer supporting anything much less answering their phone) They now want everybody to stop using the system I have and switch to their online system which they charge a monthly fee! AS OF TODAY, I cannot acess my scanned receipts to file my taxes, NEAT WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Their recorded message when you call 1-866-632-8732 says you can press 1 to get a call back but when I press 1 NOTHING HAPPENS. I am on hold right now over 3 1/2 hours and am writing this review while I wait in hopes that you DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE. I have opened several "issues" with them online but not one has been even acknowledged must less answered. LOOK at all of these complaints and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BUYING THIS SYSTEM. [...]
