Do not buy from this vendor. I purchased 100 incense sticks and received 91 sticks. The vendor requested I return the product and wait four weeks for refund. My thinking is it would be easier for all to simply send me the nine missing sticks of incense. Makes one wonder how much more the company earns per order if every order is shorted nine sticks. I guess the company did not expect me to count the incense sticks. Well I did and they cheated me.
