My husband was so excited when these first came out. I did not understand the fuss but according to reviews they seemed pretty awesome so he got his first pair on black friday through samsung directly. I held off, wanted to test his out first. When they arrived i was so impresses with the presentation, comfort and sound. I as the amazon junkie that i am ordered my pair through amazon. The pink pair to be exact. I considered these the best little gadget until my left earbud gave out in a month. Super disappointed but i figured i got a defective pair so amazon gave me the option to get a replacment, so i did. I gave them a second try bc they truly had my heart. Literally not even a month later my left earbud gave out again! Little to no sound at all regarless of how fully charged the battery was. During the same time mine gave out, my husbands set also experienced the same issue. Samsung disappointed me today. These are truly defective. Same issue on not 1, not 2, but 3 pairs! I was lucky and got mine through amazon so i was able to get a refund but my husband was only able to process a replacement through Samsung. I guess we will cross our fingers and hope the 4th pair holds up.
