I liked this grill. I liked having propane on one side and smoke on the other. It appeared to be solidly built. I coated it with oil as directed. I even dumped the money on the cover made just for the grill. I noticed some rust on the burner covers and decided to take it apart and give it a good cleaning and re-oil. As I took the grill insides apart, the thing began to fall apart. All the burner covers are rusted through (one is broken now). The entire inside on the propane side is rusted. The welds on which the actual burners and the burner covers sit have rusted and fell off making all but one burner unsafe to use. I REALLY loved this grill until that happened. This was after only 18 months. I know grills rust (I am middle aged, in the military, and have owned many grills). Yet I also expect extended life out of a $500 grill. This thing didn't even get me through a duty station. I have sent an email to see if there is a warranty. Very disappointed.
