Replacement parts a nightmare, used it once then washed lid. It slipped from strainer to sink (about 18 inches) and chipped and cracked. Have tried for two months to get a replacement. Breville lists a replacement at 17.99 (I think) but it has been out of stock for at least two months. Calling them is a waste of time with no response. Another website has a replacement lid (with some other parts) for $179.00. Really If you buy this pray that you never need to replace a part. I consider a severe shortage of parts to be a major problem and a support issue. Wish I had never bought this thing. Should have bought from a company that can supply replacement parts.
