Really disappointing. This was the major gift for our son's Christmas, and it is UNUSABLE because, as others have pointed out, the bits cannot be attached to the mounting board, meaning the builds will not hold together at all. And support from the company has not been helpful, offering "workarounds" (which don't work). And for a child's toy at this price point, you certainly don't expect to need workarounds to even make the item usable. Dear littleBits, You have a great concept that I badly want to like. Please spend less time on marketing and branding, more time on product development and testing. This item should never have made it into the customer's hands. Yours, A disappointed father and son
