I don't often write reviews but this product is so bad that I want to warn others. I have had two of these units and both have failed completely within a few days of use. The first unit would jam about half of the time and after a few days the entire touchscreen stopped working. On top of that the key that we had re-keyed using Kwikset's re-keying tool just stopped working for no reason. Something internally was wrong with the unit. I replaced it for a second unit and that unit also jammed but often disconnected from the app or would lock up and not allow me to control it from the app at all. The touchscreen didn't stop working on the second unit but it would no longer accept our defined keycode and would flash random numbers. Bottom line is this is a terrible product! I purchased a Schlage Encode instead, which has all the same features and works great!
