The fan was true to size explained, easy to assemble, and arrived quickly. However the motor caught on fire the time it was used and I’m thankful someone was nearby to notice because it was on my desk with paper and would have caught the whole desk on fire. I contacted the company because I thought they would want to know and they seemed less than concerned and referred me to amazon if I wanted a refund. I thought they would want to know the motor burned up. Not impressed with company but amazon was immediately responsive.
