I bought this mat to use for my workouts at home and to replace the yoga mat I've had for 5 years that was starting to come apart. I used it one time and after a 30 minute core workout, a few twists and turns, and some standard downward dogs - the mat was literally falling apart. The rubber where my feet were was just shredded and little holes were starting to form. To be clear, I was wearing sneakers - but that shouldn't have made a difference because I've been doing this same workout on another mat that I've had for a long time and that didn't happen. This is a cheap, poorly made mat and I would not recommend it at all. If I hadn't thrown the box away I would have returned this right away. Lesson learned. Save your money and buy a more expensive mat that will last you a long time.
