I bake a lot. Typically several different things each weekend. I bought a set of rubbermaid brilliance containers to help me get my ingredients organized. The containers are nice, but obviously not designed for someone that uses them regularly. You can see here that the container for flour is designed for exactly one bag of packed flour... Super inconvenient any time one needs to re stock, which for me is every couple of weeks.
