This is the second handheld Dyson I have owned the first stopped working about 6 months after I got it. This one is now also not working it will not hold a charge just like the first one did. I am very disappointed in this product. I loved it when I got the first one it was much more powerful than the one I have now. I will not buy another Dyson! This is a lot of money to pay for an handheld vacuum and then to have it work only 3 months.
