Despite the price, I ordered these because I liked the idea of a selection of supplements that I could throw in my bag when travelling. I really did want to like these but just didn't work our for me due to side effects from the day pack. I do not know whether it was Alpha Brain or some other ingredient but after taking the day pack I felt light headed and sick on my stomach for much of the day, it was like my brain was in a fog. I have never had any problem with any other supplement before so it was a surprise that I reacted this way. I took them the next day to see if it was a one-off experience but I felt the same way the next day. After stopping I am back to feeling normal. Night pack seemed to be ok but did not really help me sleep. Can't handle these anymore so unfortunately I wasted $130 on supplements I can no longer take. Even without the side effects, I do not really think the conveneinvce factor is worth the high price. I would look elsewhere when trying to find supplements.
