I purchased this system and had it professionally installed. Worked lovely for about 1-2 months then it completely came to a halt in one of the bathrooms and kitchen water pressured disappeared. Had the professional plumber review system, no leaks or outside issues, purposely had a bypass line installed not to use the water filters and sure enough water pressure improved. Made a total of (3) email & phone call inquiries to the manufacturer and they had nerve to ask a plumber to remove it and re-install it via a few specific steps and if possible VIDEO RECORD it! All this money and this was the best they can offer instead of sending someone to my residence? I would seriously consider before purchasing; customer service in my experience was not worth 2 stars the most. I welcome them reading this one day and see if finally they get the message that customers expect a better experience at least make a good effort.
