Comes very well packaged and easy to get started. I found this drone very easy to fly for a beginner, however, there are some issues. The camera quality sucks. Bad. They claim 1080p, but it looks like 720p upscaled, placed in a blender, on top of an unbalanced dryer, during an earthquake. Completely unusable for video, barely usable for photos. Far far far away from professional quality, and quite embarrassing to be honest. Another major problem is that this drone will lose gps signal randomly mid-flight, and when it does, it wants to fly away. I have almost had a heart attack trying to stop this thing from flying off out of sight or flying into someone’s property uncontrollably, while well within the specified range. Strange thing is, when I’m finally able to land it, gps signal goes back to normal. Which leads me to the most important thing. The landings. It has been 50/50 on successful landings. And by successful, I mean not causing property damage and not flipping over. The other 50% of the time that it isn’t successful, it can flip over and/or cause property damage. A few times while trying to land via return to home, or by using the one touch landing button, I have had this drone either refuse to land and instead swirl around in a toilet bowl fashion until it crashes into something, or, more importantly, I have had it descend, hover, and then fly diagonally 25 feet across the yard right into my boat causing significant damage. I have documented these cases on video and sent them to Holy Stone, but they do not seem interested. This is exactly what I was afraid of and why I was so hesitant to buy a drone for so long. Sucks that I ended up with one of the ones that gives the industry a bad name. Save your money and buy something more high end. Watch the YouTube video reviews.
