List of ingredients in the order printed on each packet: CANE SUGAR, ginger, honey, glucose (?). This appears to basically be ginger-flavored sugar. The 16 grams of sugar in each serving amounts to about 4 teaspoons. This, in my opinion, is NOT a healthy amount. Nothing in the product description speaks of cane sugar, which I find deceiving. The product description reminds me of the guy in the 90s who made millions talking about "rapture." I gave the flavor rating a neutral 3 because I never drank it. I contacted Amazon and they will be refunding my money.
