We received this 4 days ago and got it set up as soon as the battery was fully charged. It was easy to set up. But as far as “tracking” our dog, he’s taken off twice and by the time he returns, the “tracker” hasn’t caught up with him even being gone! We’d hope to follow his running off so we know where he’s going to. This is troubling if we can’t use this product for what it states it can do and it’s not! Update on my review: I received a call from the owners/sellers of the product. They explained our area does not have adequate Verizon coverage and therefore, the FitBark would not work as it should. We appreciate the call and will return the product. If coverage here improves, we would buy again.
