Let me set the stage: My girlfriend and I were planning a backpacking trip through the lower part of the Appalachian Trail. In preparation we purchased this sleeping bag to get us through one night on the mountain and two at base. Thinking that all we needed was this highly reviewed double sleeping bag so that we could sleep together on the trails quickly turn into a more complex task. It was very apparent when we first opened the package that Sleepingo is not dedicated to superior quality assurance as many of the seams were falling apart as you can see in the photos. It looked as though if you were to grab any of the loose threads that it would quickly unravel the entire sleeping bag. Needless to say, we were impressed and could not understand how this sleeping bag received such an impressive five star rating. Luckily, we tried out the sleeping bag the week before our trip so we came to this realization before it was too late. I hope that this review saves you too before it is too late.
