Ive been using this product for a month now and its in the trash. I noticed my hips ands knees starting hurting a lot to where my daily exercise was painfully and my hair was falling out in chunks. I thought maybe it was stress or not enough calcium so I decided to read a few more reviews and realized it was the pills. I went from feeling amazing taking my gummy vitamins to feeling like crap on these. Ive switched back to my nature made and urge women not to try this product.
