So, when I added this to my Keto quick bread, I was excited to SMELL the heavenly scent of cornbread filling my kitchen. I couldn't wait to eat it! Alas, when I sank my teeth into that first piece and the first tender morsels hit my tongue, I was... well, I was confused. I had to stop and ask myself, "what is this flavor?" I was expecting cornbread, so I was truly perplexed. I took another bite, then another, and then it came to me: BANANAS. How can that be??? The bottle says "corn," the intoxicating aroma that filled my kitchen while the bread baked was, unmistakably, corn. But the actual flavor is BANANA! Now, If I was a fan of bananas, or even banana bread (that's what it tasted like,) I might not be so upset. But guess what my least favorite food on planet Earth happens to be. If you guessed "bananas," you would be correct. Ugh! I'm going to do my darnedest to try to return this deceitful elixir!
