Ordered the butterfly habitat for home use, I’m a teacher and have one at my school, but with the quarantine I can get to it. This habitat is poor. The tip only 1/2 zips open, which is not convenient for putting in the chrysalis’ or for feeding purposes. Very little room to move. I also had to order all tge other pieces needed, at extra expense!!! Nothing comes with it! Worse than that...by the time I received the caterpillars three were dead and two went into their chrysalis’ in less than 24-hours. Not allowing my children to watch the caterpillars grow, eat, and move around! Only 1 of the two actually attached and within a day of transporting it it had fallen off. I contacted insect lore with no response. I have used other services for caterpillars in my classroom with great success!! This product is less than mediocre, and has a customer service team that is non-existent and/or clearly doesn’t care! Needless to say my children are extremely disappointed, as am I!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT AND DEFINITELY DON’T ORDER THEIR CATERPILLARS!!!
