I tried looking at various videos to see how where to press to remove the end. My husband figured out how to open them but, of course, when I ask about it, he just looks smug. I can't even get them all the way back in the slot again to bait them. This is a nightmare struggle from beginning to end. If you put it out and night and check it in the morning, you will find the mouse mostly suffocated. None of these things have enough air holes and this is one that has some air holes in the top as well; some of them don't even have that. These things break easily. When you try to release them, the mice won't come out. Mice come in in the wintertime because of the cold. There is NO HUMANE PLACE TO RELASE THEM IN INDIANA IN THE WINTERTIME.
