This is a ripoff
Web MD and other medical resources recommend "2 to 3 grams three times a day". Two capsules of this is ONLY 400mg. 1000mg equals 1 gram. You would have to take about 20 capsules a day to meet your requirements.
Here's EXACTLY what it says:
"For chest pain (angina): 2-6 grams three times per day for up to one month.
For erectile dysfunction (ED): 5 grams per day. Taking lower doses might not be effective.
For high blood pressure: 4-24 grams per day for 2-24 weeks.
For narrowing of blood vessels that causes poor blood flow to the limbs (peripheral arterial disease): 6-24 grams for up to 8 weeks."
You would have to take a whole bottle of this stuff to meet your needs! Remember, each dose (2 capsules) is 400mg (micrograms). It takes 1000mg (milligrams) to equal 1 gram. For ED, you need 5 grams per day. Therefore, you need 5000mg per day. Each dose (400mg) is one-tenth (1/10th) of what you need. That means you need to take 20 capsules for ED per day.
And it gets worse! For High Blood Pressure, you need 4-24 grams (NOT mg) per day. You would need a whole bottle!
What's the solution? Carlson L-arginine powder. they have 5,500mg (5.5 grams) of arginine per serving. PLUS 1,100mg of L-Citrulline (1.1grams). Unlike this Havasu product, they actually show a picture of the ingredients and the amounts on Amazon. BTW: I do NOT work for or am associated with Carlson in any way. I just read about this power supplement in a book. Then I did some research and compared the two. The book recommended 4,000mg (4 grams) per day for high blood pressure.
