I set out in search of a new shiatsu massager after my favorite one finally kicked the bucket (it worked for years). I was devastated to learn the company that made it was no longer making them. They only make the ones that go over the shoulders and pull tight with your arms. I researched, watched recommendation videos, read “best massagers of 2020” until I was cross eyed. This device made several top 10 lists and I like the aesthetic it offers. In the beginning I was beyond pleased with it. Until exactly 2 months from the day I bought it....the fabric has come apart at the seam on the bottom and gets worse every minute. Keep in mind, I am all of 5’2”, 105lbs. No one else uses it except for me. I prop up against it (with pillows behind it) in bed after a long day to get my lower back & work it up the back until I finish with a neck massage. That’s it. And it only took 2 months of that for it to fall apart. I’m very upset with this product. Now I’m in search for a new one of better caliber and debating if I should get the newer style shiatsu messages everyone seems to be going to.
