UPDATED - DOWN TO 1 STARS- 1-16-2019. So I have had this chair since the beginning of November (bought it Oct 31, 2018). About 70 days the wheels are messed up now, see pictures, they are loosing the ball barings Decent chair, no tools needed everything just seems to friction fit together. But wanted to address that the chair heights listed are to the top of the back metal bar, not the seat. With wheels on and at full height to the top of the seat it only 28". I was disappointed since the description stated it was 30.5" so now the chair is shorter than what I needed. But not going through hassle of sending back the chair.. but it is a wasted $60.☹
