The internals work fine and it would be a good product except it broke shortly after installing it. The female connection is thin and any torsion against it by your hose can snap it. Returned for another one. Well the second one snapped in the same spot. There is a critical flaw in this product. You would never notice it until normal hose tugs occur and it will break. So I sent P3 International the manufacturer an email with pictures advising them of the product and requesting a refund (or replacement if they have improved the designed). No response to two emails. I then called tech service. The phone attendant said tech services would return my call. Three times this happened without even the decency to return my call to see if they would honor their warranty. Obviously not. This company appears to be a marketing arm of a Chinease manufacturer as they don't even engage their consumers. I am writing this only after very fair attempts to allow the manufacturer to respond as I know ratings can be unfair at times. Thankfully, Amazon has intervened and provided me full refunds. A for Amazon, F for P3 International. Sad.
