I purchased these as a gift for my wife and I selected this particular brand because of all of the great reviews. On the plus side, they are nice and thick. But, when we tried to put them together, I noticed that the grid lines from one mat to the next do not line up and are off between 1/8" and 1/4" (see picture). If you put three or more together in a line, the error in the grid lines of each square adds together so that the grid lines, toward the end of the row of mats, can be off as much as 1/2" to 1". Not happy with these and will be returning them.
