Bought this because of the positive reviews but unfortunately I got one of the lemons. After setting it up and filling it with water I could not get it produce any vapor, mist, humidity of any kind. After doing a little trouble shooting I discovered the miniature fan that circulates the mist was not working. I called the manufacturer and was put off by them wanting me to pay the shipping charges to return their defective product. I decided since it was ordered through Amazon to send it back to them. They have an excellent return policy.
