Cuisinart customer service non-existent
Bought this as a Father’s Day gift, after husband assembled noticed broken welds on legs. Tried to contact Cuisinart regarding broken welds on 2 of the legs, which makes the smoker unstable. Their customer service line only has “leave message” option, which I have done 3xs STILL NO RESPONSE..
