I'm an experienced miniatures painter. Pre COVID, I would routinely purchase 91% isopropyl alcohol from the drug store and after a 20 minute soak with a light scrub with a toothbrush, all paint and primer would be cleared from the plastic miniature. This product is not 99.9% IPA, it's functioning exactly the same as the 70% I can only purchase in the stores currently, meaning, not working at all. My figures have been soaking for over 2 hours now and not a single flake of paint/primer has been removed, even with a vigorous toothbrush scrub. Save your money and do not purchase this product. It is not the product advertised. You can see some of my basing material in the picture, but that was removed already after a 70% IPA soak (which is why I can definitively say this product is not 99.9% IPA)
