The only reason it gets 1 star is I can't give it 0. I've had this all winter, so this isn't just a first impression. This is not designed to be used in any environment where there is even a chance that it will rain, snow, sleet or experience any form of precipitation. (although I suppose you could use it to feed indoor birds). The feeder has a cable running through the tube, it is used to hold the feeder together and to hang it. Well, the cable fittings are not sealed. Water runs down the cable, seed gets wet, whole thing jams up and no longer fills the feeding tray. And don't even think about how useless it is when the temperature drops below freezing.
