4/10 build looks sturdy. Motor can go up to 14mph on flat land without pedalling. Shows disc brakes but when it arrived NO DISC BRAKES. False advertisement. This is big for me, the fidelity of the seller. 5/10 shipping 3 days after ordered. Frame was dented on the down tube, a little bit bigger than a quarter. Other contents in the box seemed to be intact. -1/10 for customer service and returns. They received the product back but they still have my money. They'll give you the run around(paypal, personal check, ect) and I still dont have my money.
