I have been using this product religiously for years and I've always recommended it to anyone dealing with blemishes. I just placed a order a week ago, used the toner, and I could tell something was a little different so I compared the ingredients. The previous bottle didn't have Phenoxyethanol but the new bottle did. Its use as a preservative in cosmetic products but its super harmful to the skin and its also toxic to your kidneys, liver, and nervous system. I've uploaded the pictures of the bottles I have. Just a little warning.
