I don't recommend it.
I have used Spirulina for many years, but I bought it in another country.
Where I know it's pure.
But because of the problems with shipping from there.
I'd rather buy it here in California.
But I have noticed that this spirulina is not pure, mixed with other ingredients that I do not need.
There in the jar. can you read that it is pure, but it is not. I had to buy 2 jars to find out. :((
