I have purchased quite a bit of this product recently and for the most part have been pleased. However, I have noticed that there has been a lack of consistency in the quality of their product. Most of it has worked great, but then every so often I seem to get part of a bad batch that causes me printer havoc. When it is bad, it is really bad with leaking toner, streaky, poor printing quality, and consistent printer jams. I have 2 different Brother printers that both take TN-450 toner. When I order the EPS Replacement Product for the Brother TN-450 toner, I receive product from EPS that is sometimes labeled E-TN450 (has worked great), and/or B450 (awful/junk quality). I'm currently in the middle of printer havoc with an EPS B450 cartridge. I'm really frustrated and can't seem to depend on a consistent quality product from them. If I can't count on the quality, it isn't worth it to me. I thought I had finally found good compatible replacement toner at a reasonable price that I could count on. I guess I need to keep looking. Update 10/16/14: Vendor contacted me immediately when they became aware of my problem and informed me that product was fully guaranteed. Said they would be replacing it immediately. I received replacement the next day. I was impressed that they made it right - quickly. Can't complain, as stuff happens and they did what I felt they needed to do by immediately replacing it. I have already begun using the replacement product (E-TN450) with no issues.
