Nice product but came with a used filter, which was disappointing. Check out photo of filter straight out of box. At the time I had sick kids and was busy at work and there was a fire in town so we needed the product urgently, but this is the filter as soon as I took it out of the box. Be very wary when purchasing and check the filter to ensure that it is clean and new. Amazon will screw you over to save a few bucks, clearly this was a return.
