Hey guys! The COMFYHOME 2-in-1 Air Cooler, 32" appears to be a great and cost-effective alternative to central air. Noise Level: Phenomenal, amazing even: It's so quiet it's almost as if it doesn't even turn on! Maneuverability: The portability of the cooler is great; it's lightweight and has multiple handling areas for ease of comfort. It's so good in fact that it felt natural to put it back in the box so that I may return it! I was ecstatic for this cooler to arrive, and when it did; I did everything I could to make sure that the cooler worked. I switched out the AAA batteries with brand-spankin'-new Duracell batteries, and nothing happened; I plugged and moved the unit to other areas of my house to make sure it wasn't just a bad plug; I even cleaned the interior of the unit and filled the tank with water and ice, but to no avail. Stay clear of this product for now; if anything happens, I will keep this review updated.
