I have had robot vacuums for 10 years and am now on my 4th. I have never had a robot mop so we decided to buy one. Intelligence built into the vacuum robots has increased dramatically over the years so have set a high bar. This mopping robot however was a real disappointment. It reminded me of our original robot from 10 years ago that would randomly bounce off the walls and furniture. At least the vacuum robots seemed to eventually cover an entire floor. This robot however left holes everywhere that were untouched. I even placed items on the ground on missed spots to see if it would hit them Eventually and it did not. It’s mopping power is also exceptionally disappointing. Since it is made of light weight plastic it does not have the weight to provide any real cleaning power. The water storage is actually in the brushes themselves so does not provide enough storage for even one charge. I found that I needed to refill the water 3 times per run. I also found that turning it on in “auto” mode would many times turn on “spot” mode and the thing would just run in circles. They advertise that this can be used for cleaning windows. I found that applying the slightest amount of pressure would cause the brushes to stop spinning rendering it useless for this feature. After each run, you also need to manually attach a charger cable. After being disappointed in the product, I decided to return the unit. Even though it advertised the Amazon FREE RETURN policy that states the device can be returned for ANY reason, the company refused to pay for return shipping. I got Amazon customer service involved that did a great job trying to help me, but the company still refused. At Amazons suggestion, I finally paid for shipping and Amazon provided a Store credit after I sent them my receipt. Once shipping on my dime, the company did immediately refund the cost plus tax. I did end up buying an iRobot Braava M6 and have been extremely happy with it. No comparison with this product.
