Too dry and thin to get paste for baking or ice cream.
The beans are very dry and thin, unlike other beans that I have purchased from other sellers. Nearly impossible to scrape paste from the beans, as you end up slicing completely through them instead of just slicing to open them. Hopefully they work for making extract since you can’t use them for baking or ice cream. Wont be buying again.
