If you like a good story, great action and terrific acting, then skip this.
We looked forward to this show for months. I had just finished watching Hunt for Red October and this cannot hold a candle to Clancy's work. First ten minutes they have all kinds of needless vulgarity. It was supposed to be TV-14. The acting is subpar, but at least it is consistent with the crummy writing. Krasinski is playing Jim Halpert as Jack Ryan. Terrible. Don't waste your time. Plus, it's boringly slow and silly. This is the pilot. How can it get better?
